It is not necessary to be a Binlogic client to access the service emergencies, although it is what we recommend to offer a better experience, it is possible to contact us for a specific solution. f you are not a Binlogic customer but you have an inconvenience and need an emergency support you can do this by contacting us as soon as possible, by writing a ticket on the form at the end of this page or by skype.
When to use the emergency service:
When your
production servers are not available and you need a
Urgent assistance to solve a problem that is affecting your
business. These emergencies can be due to problems with your base
servers, proxy servers or part of the IT infrastructure. The
prices of our support may vary if these are scheduled with
72 hours notice or are with a need for action

In order to provide this service, our clients need have a series of requirements to guarantee the safety and service privacy.
Access by SSH, VNC or Remote Desktop use vpn for
securely access servers
To perform these
tasks the mysql user that you provide us must have the
SUPER privileges so that we can perform the activities
successfully.
The SSH user should have access to the files
General Log, Error Log, My.cnf and other files and directories that
may directly affect the service.
In special cases
where the client does not have these possibilities, the service can
be provided by Teamviewer
